Picabo Tasklist is an integral product of incidence process management designated for small and middle-size companies that tackle the problem of internal task monitoring for individual employees, workflow, time demands and process planning. Picabo Tasklist is a powerful tool that can perform various functions from a simple task-book through more complex monitoring of work processes all the way to providing valuable output for managers, considering performance, time, workflow, finances or labor cost-effectiveness. The Picabo Tasklist system is based on dealing with the relationship submitter-researcher and on monitoring life-cycles of both the individual partial tasks within the system and the whole projects.
